Refund Policy

Payments for Echo Away are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes all refunds.

Free trial

Nothing is charged during the 7-day trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't pay anything.

14-day refund

If you're not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment, no questions asked. Email cindy@cindyenglishlabspace.com , visit paddle.net, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the Pricing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund the current month; ask for a refund within 14 days if you want one.
